The Site is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site itself without verifiable parental consent. To operate Sandbar Joe's Summer Camp, we do collect information about participating children — provided to us by their parent or legal guardian during registration.

  • Contact parents or guardians about their child
  • Respond to medical, water-safety, or marine emergencies
  • Maintain records required by law or insurance

We do not sell or rent children's personal information, and we do not use it to market to the child. Parents and guardians may review the information we hold about their child, request corrections, or request deletion by contacting us using the details in Section 12. 9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, satisfy insurance and maritime record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
