This information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information, number of guests in your party, special occasion details, dietary preferences (for food tours or catered charters), emergency contact details, and any other information you choose to share.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site, remember your preferences, and measure marketing performance. We may use:

• Google Analytics (or a similar analytics tool) to understand how visitors use the Site
• Advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok for retargeting and measurement
• Session cookies and caching cookies that enable basic Site functionality and performance

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through browser settings. Doing so may affect how the Site works for you. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

5. Email and SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive marketing emails or text messages, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any text, or contacting us directly. We will continue to send transactional messages related to your booking, gift card, or camp registration as needed — including departure reminders and weather-related updates.

Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Our processors are required to maintain their own safeguards in compliance with applicable standards, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

7. Children's Privacy and Sandbar Joe's Summer Camp

The Site is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site itself without verifiable parental consent. To operate Sandbar Joe's Summer Camp, we do collect information about participating children — provided to us by their parent or legal guardian during registration.

Information collected about camp participants may include the child's name, age, date of birth, swimming ability, medical or allergy information, emergency contacts, and photos taken during camp activities (only where the parent or guardian has consented to photography).

We use this information solely to:

• Operate the camp safely and effectively on the water and at our dock
• Contact parents or guardians about their child
• Respond to medical, water-safety, or marine emergencies
• Maintain records required by law or insurance

We do not sell or rent children's personal information, and we do not use it to market to the child. Parents and guardians may review the information we hold about their child, request corrections, or request deletion by contacting us using the details in Section 12. In keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws, we retain children's information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, satisfy insurance and maritime record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

New Jersey Residents

We do not knowingly sell personal data.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended, including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information.
