Barefoot Country Music Festival (BCMF) 2025 is coming to the Wildwoods, and we’ve got everything you need to know to make the most of your visit! The festival runs from Thursday, June 19th, through Sunday, June 22nd.
Where to Stay During Barefoot Country Music Festival in 2025
Most hotels are already sold out, so Airbnb will be your best friend for finding accommodations. If you’re still searching for a room, stop by the Wildwoods Welcome Center (located right before the bridge on Rio Grande Ave) – they’ll point you in the right direction. Seaport Suites may also have availability.
Where to Eat
Breakfast: For something quick, hit up Wawa or grab a bite on the boardwalk. If you have more time to spare, I always recommend the Surfing Pig for an amazing brunch experience!
Lunch: Keep it simple and grab a hoagie or snacks from Russo’s to keep your afternoon plans flexible and on-the-go. Call them ahead though as their wait times vary.
Dinner: For BYOB restaurants, I’d recommend The Dock in West Wildwood or Stephen’s Restaurant on E. Wildwood Ave. During BCMF weekend, you’ll want to maximize your outdoor time – morning bike rides, afternoon beach sessions, and festival fun day or night, depending on which artists you’re excited to see. Check out the lineup here.
Activities
Instead of the typical Sandbar Joe sunset cruise, book either a 90-minute back bay cruise or a 4-hour adventure earlier in the day. You can even add a chef onboard for brunch or a catered lunch – now that’s a vibe none of your Instagram friends will be posting about! Of course, you don’t have to go all out – all our cruises are BYOB, and you’re welcome to bring your own food too.
Are you an early bird who doesn’t want to miss anything? Email Captain Joe to book a sunrise boat tour over the Atlantic Ocean. You can’t beat the scenery of a Jersey sunrise!
Fitness: Download the MindBody app ASAP and snag any class you can get into at SHY (Stone Harbor Yoga) – there’s something for everyone, but classes sell out fast. For a more laid-back option, try Sunday Yoga at 9 AM outside on 2nd Street at North Wildwood Beach for just $5. Simply show up with cash and bring your own mat. It’s a gentle flow that’s perfect for recovering and stretching after a fun-filled weekend.
Pro tip: BCMF has theme nights! Check out the lineup for guidance on what to wear.
Final Reminders
Don’t forget to book your accommodations, sandbar cruise, and fitness classes early – the island sells out quickly during festival weekend. Most importantly, have an incredible time!
